The University of Western Australia (UWA) Baseball and Softball Club was founded in 1947, making it one of the oldest Baseball Clubs in Western Australia. UWA participates in the Provincial League which is run under Baseball WA. UWA currently fields 3 Senior Baseball teams and for the first time in club history 3 Women's Softball teams in 2007/08. 

The club is located in Mount Claremont, Perth in Western Australia and caters for both competitive and social Baseball and Softball players. UWA is always looking for new players to have fun and be part of a great club atmosphere. UWA accepts UWA students, other University students, TAFE students and as well as non students.
